		<description>To say, as an objective, that something will be reduced is absolutely fine PROVIDED it is supported by a detailed plan with timescales, resources etc built into it. If we have a poorly defined objective WITHOUT a plan ... we have a problem (or at least it SHOULD be seen as a problem)</description>
