Well corrective action implemented (i.e. promising not to upload huge files to our blog again) and the yellow card stands. We're currently looking at some "root cause corrective action" (ISO 9001 clause 8.5.2 c) while our bandwidth has been temporarily increased by our noble host Jason at 3k. Over the weekend too - what a guy, deserves his plug.

Basically we exceeded our bandwidth with a hilarious/scary clip that can only be described as "extreme team building". We'll look at ways of sharing this with you over the next couple of days - it's too good to archive - watch this space.

In the meantime, should any of you people need to understand the wily ways of "bandwidth" and your workaround options, here's a piece that'll give you the basics. We're just too popular, apparently.
