The system has some good points
1. They are good to their word

3. Easy-peasy to claim (once you know how, that is)
4. Very, very, very quick response - we got our credit notification within 10 minutes

Any minus points?
1. Only one, really. They don't boast about it or publicise it very well on the site - you really have to know it's there. But can we blame them for that? Probably not
